He started Last Mile Consulting to address the missing link he saw between the need for, and access to commercial finance for cycle and last mile transport businesses. With a passion for supporting cycling and last mile transport operators, it is this market that forms the focus for his ambitions with Last Mile Consulting.

In previous roles, Tej served as an Operations Director for a major multi-franchise dealer group and held key positions at Jaguar Land Rover and Honda Motor Europe, where she was instrumental in developing global loyalty and customer engagement strategies. Tej is focused on understanding the unique challenges of each client to deliver tailored solutions that achieve tangible results.
